FELLOWSHIP DEPARTMENT
Mission
To encourage all members to Interact actively with one another, Lead one another grow in likeness of Christ, Explore individual gifts, Serve actively in His Kingdom and to Draw others to do likewise.
Goals
In order to cultivate a loving relationship among members and to build unity, the level of understanding and trust must increase. As understanding and trust are intangibles, our fellowships must provide the opportunities for interactions to increase and strengthen. As such, these are the measurables we can aim towards for all fellowship groups:
- Increase in the number of regulars i.e. attendance of 80% and above.
- Increase in the number of new members, either from current church members not belonging to any fellowship groups or from guests and new comers.
- All fellowship groups to have at least 2 inter-fellowship programmes.
- All fellowships encouraged to have retreats or camps apart from annual church camp.
For EAF and CAF
- Increase in the number of fellowship time i.e. more than once a month.
- To factor in and apportion more sharing and prayer time e.g. cut down on topical talks but increase in activities involving deeper interactions among members.
For CGs
- Enhancing the participation in and ownership of combined CG events.
For TF and Above
- All members to serve in at least a role in AWISE ministries.
For JF
- Training children to step out and lead younger ones.
- Creating a sense of belonging through involvement in service.
- To complement the Sunday School in helping children to apply the Word of God in practical ways
For CF:
- To complement the Sunday School in helping children to apply the Word of God in the interaction with one another in their daily lives
